Golden Lane 113

I waited until the last minute, I wanted to have the Golden Lane just for myself alone. The lane and I. The last tourists left the area; Some military closed the doors. Like a hunter in search of prey, I jumped the gates and there it was: The Golden Lane. This activity is illegal and the author doesn’t recommend it.

Golden Lane

Next to the Prague Castle we find this colourful street. Its fairy-tale appearance, with shades of pastel houses with small windows and doors have become one of the favourite corners for tourists and locals. In fact, the famous writer Franz Kafka lived in this street for a short period and so it happened with many others who have fallen in love with this purely bohemian atmosphere.

This photograph of Golden Lane is part of Project 57, the artistic project that we make from the BoHo Hotel to show new corners and new perspectives of Prague. You can find it in a large-scale format in room 113 of our hotel.
