This nighttime photograph was taken from a bar-restaurant in Mala Strana. I had this view from the terrace. I needed an exposure of 3 hours and a half to record this bell tower, so I opened a bottle of wine and calmly let the time go by.

Charles Bridge goes far beyond the Vltava River, and it is integrated in the streets of Malastrana as if it were another building more. Among the landscapes that this beautiful bridge provides us, we find the clock tower which dominates the left bank of the river and the pleasant walk on the bridge where we can fully appreciate the vaulted stone arches.
